Stephanie E. Rasel, LCSW, BCBA, ITDS
Stephanie Rasel is a licensed Psychotherapist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Developmental Specialist with over 15 years of experience in education, behavior analysis, and clinical therapy. She is the Clinical Director and founder of Reset Therapy Group, a group therapy practice with clinicians nationwide who offer counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
A certified educator in the state of Florida, Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exceptional Student Education and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work. Her extensive background spans roles as an Educator, Behavioral Specialist, and Family Counselor within one of the nation’s largest school districts. For over a decade, she has run her private practice, helping families navigate life’s challenges and assisting individuals in overcoming emotional hurdles.
As an entrepreneurial leader, Stephanie has provided educational consultations to early childhood education centers and private schools, designing innovative programs, training staff, and optimizing learning environments for student engagement and growth.
Stephanie is passionate about the power of education to ignite curiosity, fuel passion, and nurture the whole child. At Oakridge Academy, she brings her entrepreneurial spirit, clinical insight, and commitment to research-backed, learner-driven practices to build a compassionate, creative, and confident community of future leaders.
