Oakridge Academy Student Application

Admissions Checklist

Thank you for your interest in joining our vibrant learning community! At Oakridge Academy, we believe that education is a shared journey—and finding the right fit matters for both your learner and our school culture.

We are a community of advanced learners, and our admissions process includes an assessment and Trial Day to help ensure each student is ready for our environment. More importantly, we want to ensure students genuinely enjoy learning and are excited to be surrounded by like-minded peers and families who value strong academics and whole-child development.

Applications are by invitation only and extended following an initial admissions conversation with our team. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. All applications are thoughtfully reviewed by Oakridge staff as we work to build a values-aligned, mission-driven learning community.

  1. Submit the Online Enrollment Application
Complete the online application and pay the $100 non-refundable application fee via credit card. You’ll also be asked to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport.

  2. Provide a Teacher & Administrator Recommendation
Ask your child’s current teacher and administrator to complete our recommendation forms. Please copy and paste each link and send via email to your child’s teacher and school administrator.

  3. Upload Academic Records
For applicants entering Grades 1 and 2, please upload the most recent progress report or report card.

  4. On-Campus Trial Visit
Once your documents are received, we’ll schedule a trial day to ensure Oakridge is a great fit and your child is ready to thrive in this environment.

“I’m not here to be right. I’m here to get it right.
The real learning happens when we’re willing to be uncomfortable, when we ask questions instead of pretending to know, and when we lean into growth with humility and curiosity.”
